Test the future of Virtual Machines - decentralized, secure, and up to 75% more cost-effective.
Hello Fluencers,
This month, we’re thrilled to bring you the latest updates from the Fluence team, highlighting innovations in decentralized cloudless computing and the flourishing DePIN space. From the launch of our Virtual Machines Alpha Program, hosting another successful DePIN Day in Bangkok, to passing the Liquidity Improvement Proposal, exciting developments are shaping the future of our ecosystem - also thanks to your engagement! Keep reading to learn more about what’s happening in the Fluence community and how you can get involved in building the future of decentralized systems.
Fluence Alpha VM Program is Live!
We’re happy to invite you to join our newly launched Alpha VM Program, where you can test Fluence cloudless Virtual Machines. At Fluence, we’re reshaping the way in which virtual machines are deployed and managed, enabling developers to cut deployment costs by up to 75% compared to traditional cloud services – making it an ideal offering for budget-conscious developers or those avoiding centralized monopolies. Moreover, workloads can be deployed seamlessly across a decentralized network, enhancing resilience, reducing latency, and improving system reliability. With the Fluence VMs, developers can leverage decentralized, low-cost solutions to deploy code across a peer-to-peer network, and enjoy infrastructure that offers tamper resistance and robust security for applications handling sensitive data.

Spotlight on DePIN Day Bangkok: Building the Future of Decentralized Infrastructure
DePIN Day Bangkok brought together innovators and visionaries to explore how DePIN is reshaping the digital landscape. The event highlighted the importance of community collaboration, cost efficiency, and governance in driving a decentralized future.
A key theme was how DePIN empowers communities to own and incentivize data. As Matthew Fontana of Streamr Network put it, With DePIN, community is the infrastructure—it is the project. Discussions also tackled the challenges of competing with traditional cloud systems, with Kai Wawrzinek of Impossible Cloud emphasizing the need for enterprise-level hardware and multi-service architectures.
DePIN Day panels covered AI and cloudless computing, equitable resource allocation and DePIN governance, among other topics. Missed it? You can catch all the panels and talks on Fluence’s YouTube channel or explore the key takeways on our blog.
